Sketchcrawlin' across the universe...

The Sept 23 LA sketchrawl was awesome! So many passionate artists came out to draw, it was inspiring. Pasedena had perfect weather, and is a beautiful city. People in public are funny looking. I mean even moreso than animals... Cause we wear crazy things and have fluffly hair on top.
Here's my haul from the day. If you crawled, leave a link in the comments so I can see your stuff too!

Also, Paper Hearts got featured on the Channel Frederator cartoon podcast! It airs directly after a very dirty Bill Plympton short. I'm honored.

This post cheats.

The more I do the less I post.

Things are good. Up there is some old art to sate the masses. Dancers all groovin in their own way...
I ought to color them.

I've started some work at Big Machine Design, designing, boarding, and soon to be animating. It's fun to be working on a project that I know will see completion.
Saturday I'll be out Sketchcrawling in Pasadena. I'll post up my discoveries. Horray for artists in the wild!
Not many brains left... I put them into little boxes to tell stories for me today.

My head explodes to the tune of:

This image is totally incredible to me. It's so dark and full of story.

WOW. (posted here)

Mysterious story plus darkness again! I want to know the secrets! (From Here)
Till later...

Doodle dilemma.

So, sketchblog....

Life at the moment is a rollercoaster. With lots of drops and loops and tunnels. Dogs can't ride rollercoasters. Can nuns?

So many things I want to do, ideas I want to get out of my head, off the ground, and into a medium. If I was going back to school this year, I'd be making another film. Now I have to learn how to make other real things.

When I find what this is all about, you'll be the first to know....
